WCS employs a dedicated professional staff who are committed to Christian Education for grades JK /SK to Grade 8. All of our teachers have graduated from an accredited university and have either an Ontario Teacher's Certificate or a Christian School Teacher's Certificate soon to be completed. All staff members are strongly encouraged to acquire the Christian School Teacher's Certificate and engage in regular professional development throughout the year.
