● Marketing framework created ● All curriculum binders reviewed, revised, and ready to post on the school website ● A philosophy and policy created for Special Education Resource Program ● A Christian Identity statement established and approved ● A comprehensive facility plan detailing a list of maintenance and repair requirements including cost as well as a list of existing capital upgrades with priorities and cost. Projects Underway:
● Implement a new marketing strategy ● Review of the structure of the Board of Trustees and the different standing committees at WCS ● Review the policies of the Board of Trustees, defining the roles of each Board member, as well as updating the mandate, responsibilities, and structure of various committees
